Alzheimer's Support Group

The meeting will be held in the Community Connection Conference Room (Room 264) across from the Hospital Snack Bar. There is no fee to attend. Anyone affected by Alzheimer's Disease is invited to attend.
Persons needing additonal information may contact the Community Connection at 814-443-5735. This group meets the second Thursday of every month. Winter meetings will be in the afternoon, starting at 1:00 pm.
