Becoming A Woman

For those with young girls that would like to learn about growing up. Conference Room 423. 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

This class is being instructed by Suellen Lichtenfels, RNC, LCCE.  It is geared for girls in 5th and 6th grade to teach about puberty and their changing bodies.  Each girl must have a guardian attend the class- no girl will be permitted to attend without a guardian.  Becoming A Woman will include a lecture on menstruation, intercourse, peer pressure and a self-esteem builder.  There will be a short film shown, as well as a demo on the different types of available feminine products.
