KidShape - September Cohort (06:00 PM - 08:00 PM)
Highmark Health High 5 and Somerset Hospital present KidShape: an interactive, family based program that promotes self esteem, healthy meal selection and physical fitness in youth ages 6 – 14. The classes are held in the Wheeler Family Medical Center in the 3rd floor group fitness room. Pre-registration is required. Call Mike at 814-445-3330. This class runs Thursdays, starting September 9 and concludes on November 11. There is no fee to attend.
Breastfeeding Class - December (07:00 PM - 09:00 PM)
If you are expecting and want to learn how to breastfeed, join Lactation Consultant Debi Perl. Class is held from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in Conference Room 419 at Somerset Hospital. Please call 814-443-5735 to register. There is no fee to attend.
