Diabetes Boot Camp - May 2012 (All Day Event)
Diabetes Boot Camp is held at Deer Valley YMCA Family Camp. This 40 hour all-inclusive Camp will teach hands-on diabetes management. Participants are able to bring one guest. There is no fee to attend. Registration is required. Call 814-443-5744.
