Multiple Sclerosis Support Group (06:00 PM - 07:00 PM)
For those living with, caring for or know someone with multiple sclerosis. United Cerebral Palsy is leading this group. Group meets in the Community Connection Room, Room 264 (directly across the hall from the Snack Bar on the second floor). There is no fee to attend. Tobacco Cessation - November 2012 (05:30 PM - 07:30 PM)
For those looking to stop using tobacco. This free class is open to Somerset County adult residents only. All classes but one are held in Conference Room 419. Call 814-443-5196 to register.
Introduction to Reiki (06:00 PM - 07:00 PM)
Reiki is the Japanese work for "Universal Life Force Energy." It is a technique used to reduce stress and balance energy throughout the body. This session is free and will be held in Conference Room 423. Jennifer A. Barron, Reiki Master, is the instructor. Register by calling 814-443-5735.
