Good Carbs, Better Carbs - Simple Carbohydrate Counting

Carbohydrate counting can be a confusing task. Join Certified Diabetes Educator, Elena Gary, as she examines simple ways to count carbs.

Elena Gary is the Coordinator of the Somerset Hospital Diabetes Education Center. Mrs. Gary is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Mrs. Gary earned her Bachelors degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Education from Frostburg State University. Previously she served as a Registered Dietitian with the Conemaugh Diabetes Institute and has over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian. In addition, she is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the American Dietetic Association.
