Health on the Menu: Family Matters

The Family Matters workshops will be held on Friday, January 8^th at 1:00 p.m. and Friday, January 15^th at 6:00 p.m. The workshops review family health trends. The workshops also help participants create a practical plan for building a healthy lifestyle for every member of the family.

There is no fee required for Highmark members to participate in Health on the Menu programs, and only a nominal fee for non-Highmark members who sign up. The professional staff at Somerset Hospital has been trained by Highmark to administer these programs. Persons needing additional information
