High blood cholesterol is one of the major risk factors for heart disease, affecting almost half of the adult population in the US.  You'll learn to "know your numbers" and discover what steps you can take to protect your heart, whether you are trying to manage or prevent heart disease, high blood cholesterol and high blood pressure.
