At The Community Connection, it is our mission to improve
quality of life by promoting healthy lifestyles. 

We offer classes, health screens, and special events.  Much of
what we offer is free or available at a nominal fee.  And,
most programs require registration by calling (814) 443-5735.

We are located on the second floor of Somerset Hospital,
across from the Snack Bar in Heritage Hall, Suite 264.
