Hospice Care
Somerset Hospital’s "In
Touch" Hospice is a non-profit community service provided
free of charge under
the direction of the patient’s primary care physician. Our office is
located at the Med Cor Building, 223 South Pleasant Avenue, Somerset.
Hospice care is
focused primarily on pain and symptom control and support of the
patient and care taker.
An on-call Hospice nurse is available 24-hours a
day.
