Jason Oliver of the Laboratory is the Somerset Hospital Employee of the Year for 2012.
Mr. Oliver began working at Somerset Hospital in March 1999 as a Medical Technologist in the Laboratory. He attended both Slippery Rock University and the York Hospital School of Medical Technology. Presently, he serves at the Chemistry and IT Senior Technician in the Lab.
Oliver was nominated by co-workers Dan Miller, Ed Rocker and Jason Weber. “Jason demonstrates extreme professionalism, care and conviction for his work and how he helps others,” states Dan Miller. “He always has a smile on his face and always goes above and beyond the call of duty,” added Jason Weber.
