Jump on the Diabetes Bus 2012

Somerset Hospital Diabetes Education Center is taking a charter bus trip to the American Diabetes Association Expo at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh to celebrate Diabetes Awareness Month.

The expo includes health screenings, cooking demonstrations, product and service exhibitors and leading experts speaking on diabetes management and prevention.
