KidShape - January 2012 Cohort

Highmark Healthy High 5 and Somerset Hospital present KidShape: an interactive, 9 week family-based program that promotes self esteem, healthy meal selection and physical fitness in youth ages 6 – 14. The classes are held in the Wheeler Family Medical Center in the 3rd floor group fitness room.
Pre-registration is required.
