KidShape - March Cohort

Highmark Healthy High 5 and Somerset Hospital present KidShape: an interactive, family based program that promotes self-esteem, healthy meal selection and physical fitness in youth ages 6 – 14. The classes are held in the Wheeler Family Medical Center in the 3rd floor group fitness room. Registration is required. Call Mike at 814-445-3330. This class runs Tuesdays, starting March 27 and concludes on May 22. There is no fee to participate.
