KidShape - September Cohort

Highmark Health High 5 and Somerset Hospital present KidShape: an interactive, family based program that promotes self esteem, healthy meal selection and physical fitness in youth ages 6 – 14. The classes are held in the Wheeler Family Medical Center in the 3rd floor group fitness room. Pre-registration is required. Call Mike at 814-445-3330. This class runs Thursdays, starting September 9 and concludes on November 11. There is no fee to attend.
