Dr. Medha Joshi has been added to the hospitalist staff at Somerset Hospital. She joins the other full-time hospitalists Dr. Rabih Hassan and Dr. Hussein Somani.

Dr. Joshi earned her Medical Degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, India.   She then completed a post-graduate Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India. Additionally, Dr. Joshi fulfilled her Internal Medicine Residency requirements at the New York Medical College, New York City and Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Philadelphia.

Dr. Joshi will assist the other hospitalists in providing 24-hour a day clinical coverage to ensure patients a seamless transition from outpatient to inpatient services. She is a member of the American College of Physicians.
