Somerset Hospital has announced that Lori Ream of Somerset will be the new Occupational Health Director for Somerset Hospital.
As Occupational Health Director, Ream will act as a liaison and market the department’s services to the area’s business community in relation to occupational health care. She will also manage the hospital’s employee health program including case management, pre-employment evaluations and medical surveillance programs. In addition, Ream will serve as the Safety Officer of Somerset Hospital.
Mrs. Ream began her career at Somerset Hospital in 1996 as a Registered Nurse in the Women’s Health Department. In 2001, she transferred to the Quality Services Department where she served as a Case Manager until 2008, at which time she began her employment with Somerset Med Service as the Compliance Officer, Clinical Consultant and Sales/Marketing Representative. Lori also participated in the Hospital’s swing bed program and achieved certification in Case Management in 2011.
