Somerset Hospital Offers Spiritual Support for Patients, Family and Caregivers
Chapel open to the community for prayer and reflection which offers educational resources on hospice services, long term care, stress management and bibles upon request. If you know someone in need of prayer, our chapel offers an anonymous prayer request box for your convenience.
Somerset Hospital offers access to a hospital based chaplain, who is not affiliated with a church, but solely dedicated to the ministry of healthcare. The Reverend Ruth Ann Campagna is available for general hospital visits, prayer, administration of the sacraments of baptism, communion and support for terminal illness. If you prefer to see your own pastor during your hospital visit, Somerset Hospital supports this, and works collaboratively through our spiritual support system to ensure they have a role in your care and healing.
If you would like to see your pastor, just let our staff know during your admission or speak to your nurse.
