In an effort to reduce the spread of flu and colds, Somerset Hospital is distributing free containers of antibacterial wet wipes to various elementary schools across Somerset County. Using the antibacterial wipes is one of the easiest ways to prevent infection when water and soap are unavailable. At total of 3,000 of the sanitizers are being provided to at least 10 elementary schools. Shown in the photo is Melissa Wojtaszek Coordinator of Somerset Hospital’s Community Connection department distributing the wet wipes at Friedens Elementary to Head Teacher Martha Mignogna.
