Services include but are not limited to skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, intravenous therapy, wound care program, pediatric care, nutritional care, and infant/maternal early discharge programs.  They are located at the Med Cor Building, 223 South Pleasant Avenue, Somerset.  An on-call Home Health nurse is available 24-hours a day.
