Somerset Hospital’s "In Touch" Hospice, a non-profit, Medicare certified hospice, has been providing hospice care to the people of Somerset County since 1978.  In Touch Hospice provides a full range of hospice, palliative and bereavement services.  Our office is located in the Hospice House at 1474 North Center Avenue in Somerset. The Hospice House provides inpatient, respite and residential care for hospice patients.
