The Somerset Oncology Center provides oncology services at Somerset Hospital.

Services include: physician services, nursing services, financial/insurance counseling, laboratory services and the administration of chemotherapy, hydration, growth factor therapy and supportive medications.

The Somerset Oncology Center has a dedicated staff of six including a full-time oncologist. In cooperation with the Somerset Oncology Center, Somerset Hospital offers various screenings throughout the year including colorectal; skin, prostate and breast screening.

The hospital’s cancer program has recently received a four year approval by the American College of Surgeons as a community based oncology program. Telemedicine Conferences are held monthly with Allegheny General Hospital discussing best treatment options for patients. This link has given our community state-of-the-art treatment options. "We Care" Support group meetings are held monthly on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
