Tobacco Cessation - November 2012

For those looking to stop using tobacco. This free class is open to Somerset County adult residents only. All classes but one are held in Conference Room 419. Call 814-443-5196 to register.

The class meets on November 5, 12, 19, 26, 28, December 3, 10, 17.  Call 814-443-5196 to register. 

Somerset Hospital pays for 30 days of NRT - you are able to get Chantix, patches, lozenges, or gum with a prescription from your healthcare provider.  Should you need to continue with these products after 30 days, you are responsible to purchase with your own money.
