You may contact the department of Medical Staff Services for information including but not limited to: Medical/Affiliate Staff appointment and reappointment of all physicians and affiliate staff practitioners; federal rulings and Department of Health standards pertaining to members of the Medical/Affiliate staffs; monthly Medical Staff calendar of events; and, Medical Staff by-laws, rules, regulations, and credentials policies that govern the activities of the Medical/Affiliate Staff.
