The Somerset Hospital Rehabilitation and Wellness Center can help almost anyone who would like to decrease pain and/or improve function and wellness. We have successfully treated people of all ages, pediatrics to senior citizens, and have helped people ranging from professional athletes to the homebound. Whether you want to recover from a condition, injury or surgery or if you simply want to feel better and/or achieve improved performance, most likely we can help you.
As physical therapists, we are dedicated to the highest quality patient care available. The use of the most effective procedures and equipment by specialists, who fortify their background with advanced training and education, leads to excellent and appropriate patient care. Additionally, we offer aquatic therapy, vistibular/balance therapy and concussion management. Our center utilizes newly developed procedures for testing and evaluation, as well as for treatment.
Each piece of equipment used for your treatment will be explained as to its purpose and effects. Your treatment program may include an exercise program to increase strength, decrease muscle spasms, or to improve functional movement. Our facility offers the highest quality resistance equipment that allows for individual fit of equipment for added safety and effectiveness. We tailor each exercise program to the physical needs of you, the patient.
